The successful candidate will have at least 2 years full time (or equivalent part time) experience of providing advice to the public on social welfare issues including housing advice. Applicants will have demonstrated knowledge of the voluntary sector and housing policy and practice in Northern Ireland and must be able to meet the mobility requirements of this post.
