Applications are invited for the following post based in Omagh:

Beacon Center Manager

Salary: £21,242 - £25,842
Based at Rosewood Beacon Centre

The post holder will manage a 15 place Beacon Centre, facilitating a range of activities for members as well as the ABLE Project, which is a new project aimed at 18 – 25 year olds. The post holder is required to be highly motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and committed to working in a community mental health setting.


Essential Criteria

  1. Educated NVQ level 3.
  2. Can demonstrate a minimum of three years experience in a community health setting.
  3. Minimum of two years management experience including supervision of staff volunteers, students etc.
  4. Can demonstrate the ability to organise a range of activities.
  5. A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
