Brook Northern Ireland is a charity providing free, confidential sexual health advice and contraception for young people aged 19 and under.
Brook Northern Ireland seeks applications for the post of:
Counsellor for Boy’s and Young Men’s Clinic
Salary: Brook Pay Band Scale 5
Hours: Saturday Clinics 3.50pm – 5.50pm
The postholder will be responsible for counselling duties for young men aged 24 and under including counselling of clients with personal and relationship issues and initial interview and registration of new clients in line with Brook policies.
Applicants will support the aims and work of Brook, have relevant qualifications and experience, maintain strict confidentiality, be non-judgemental, display a flexible approach and be friendly and supportive towards young people. Experience in a sexual health or youth setting would be an advantage.
