LOCATION OF POST: NOW Offices, 428 Springfield Road, Belfast, BT12 7DU
HOURS: 37 ½ hours per week

SALARY: £23,500 - 26,500
(Starting salary negotiable depending on experience)

TERM: Post funded to October 2008
(Continuation will depend on the post holder's ability to generate sufficient income)

The NOW Project is a voluntary organisation which provides high quality training and employment services for people with severe learning disabilities living in North and West Belfast we also operate two successful Social Economy Coffee Bar and Corporate Catering Businesses in the area.

We require a driven and highly motivated Business Excellence Manager with a proven record of success and a commitment to getting things done, who will enable NØW to take the next step forward. The successful candidate will be able to lead a programme which will develop our business performance, increase our ability to generate income and reduce our reliance on European Funding

Essential Criteria

• Relevant third level qualification (i.e. Business, Marketing etc.)
• Can demonstrate extensive management experience of developing income generating programmes.
• Has already developed networks in the private, public or third sector, with proven experience of developing business and commercial leads.
• Knowledge of and experience in implementing Business Excellence Models (i.e. ISO, Investors in People, Balanced Scorecard etc.)
