The successful candidate will play a central role in policy development and promotion of Women's Aid policy regionally. The post-holder will also act as a key resource for statistical and research information for local Women's Aid groups.

The following skills and experience are essential:
- A high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and research skills
- Statistical competency / IT skills
- Knowledge of the policy environment in Northern Ireland
