First Housing Aid & Support Services wish to recruit staff for their Young Father's Project based in Shepherds View in Derry.

The project will cover the Limavady, Strabane and Derry area.

This is a 3 year, Big Lottery Funded project, which aims to equip young men with the skills and confidence to build and maintain a positive relationship with their children.

This is a partnership project led by FHASS.

First Housing invite applicants for the post of Project Manager.

Essential Criteria

1. A third level qualification in a Health, Youth and Community, Social Care or Community Development OR 5 years experience in Community Development at least two of which are at Senior Level.
2. Management/Managerial experience within a Community Development setting is essential.
3. 3 years recent experience of working in partnership across a range of sectors
4. Holds a current full, driving licence, with access to a car. (This criteria will be waived in the case of applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements).
