Centre Manager - Centenary House with Calder Fountain, Belfast (Ref 577)

1. Applicants for Centre Manager must have minimum of NVQ 4 Management or equivalent along with proven substantial experience in working with the homeless in a residential setting.
2. A working knowledge of the NISCC is essential. NVQ 4 Care and / or Registered Managers Award is desirable.
3. Successful candidates must have strong administration and financial monitoring skills.
4. The successful applicant must be a committed Christian and be able to demonstrate proven skills in staff development, with excellent communication skills.

Salary: £31,092 per annum (4 point scale).
