'Fit for Purpose - Fit for the Future' has been developed as a partnership initative aimed at driving and supporting the modernisation of the Age Sector in Northern Ireland. The vision is to achieve a transformation of the age sector in Northern Ireland and to effectively represent the interests of older people at local level. Reporting to the Programme Director this role will support the project staff in the delivery of this major change programme, maintaining programme databases and supporting the organisation of key local events.

The successful candidate will possess:

5 GCSE qualification at Grade C or above, or an equivalent qualification;
Practical experience gained working in an administrative role supporting senior management.
This position will be offered on a fixed term contract up to 31 March 2010 and will carry a competitive remuneration package.
