The Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health is a registered charity concerned with the promotion of mental health and the provision of mental health services throughout Northern Ireland.

Applications are invited for the following posts based in South and East Belfast;

Project Workers

Full and Part Time posts available (3 x 37 hours, 1 x 30 hours per week)

Ref: AMH/PW/07/18
Salary Scale: £13,838 - £18,157 (pro rata)

The Project Worker will be required to be highly motivated, flexible, and committed to working in the supported housing area of mental health.

Essential Criteria:

  • Educated NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a caring capacity
  • Proven experience of motivating and supporting services users

Applicants will be expected to work flexibly on a shift basis, which will include evening, weekend and night cover.

Applicants who can demonstrate one year or more mental health experience will start on the second point of the scale i.e. £14,392 (pro rata)
