Main Duties:

  • To maintain effective office and finance systems
  • To maintain the administration systems in order to facilitate the effective running of the organisation.
  • Manager the budget of DPCC, keeping accurate and updated books including petty cash, cheque journals and computerised spreadsheets.
  • Prepare monthly salaries and Inland Revenue payments.
  • To account for total income received, expenses incurred and grant expenditures.
  • Receive and verify all invoices and make payments promptly,
  • Prepare cheques and cash for banking purposes ensuring proper signatories etc, lodge and withdraw monies from bank.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports.
