Community Network Craigavon are currently recruiting a Membership Support Worker (Temporary)

32 hours per week (worked flexible, including some unsociable hours with time off in lieu arrangements).

NJC Scale 2 Point 13: £13,727.76 (pro rata)

Main Duties

1. Assist in establishing and maintaining contacts with relevant organisations to obtain comprehensive and up to date information.
2. Assist the Project Director with production of newsletters and info packs to meet needs of membership.
3. Maintain efficient and accessible filing system for CNC information in office.
4. Assist with development of new groups by providing information about support and services available from CNC.
5. Provide receptionist/telephonist duties in CNC office.
6. Support the work of other CNC staff in promoting CNC to include outreach sessions and practical support for new groups.
7. Maintain all administrative and financial records relative to CNC.
8. Undertake any other duties as agreed by Board of Directors.
