Conflict Transformation Support Project

Development Worker (full time)

Roles will include

1. Identify existing training and support provision available to Belfast's interface communities in the areas of 'coping with the legacies of the past' and 'developing conflict transformation skills'.
2. Disseminate information gathered to members and key stakeholders.
3. Liaise between providers and members and key stakeholders in increasing local levels of uptake of existing training and support services.
4. Assist in identifying and addressing gaps in current training and support provision.

Fixed term contract ending on 31 December 2008
Salary scale: NJC scale points 29 - 34 (currently £22,512 - £26,157)
