Our communication services offer deaf and hard of hearing people an important link to support.
This role carries a day-to-day responsibility for maintaining and improving the systems that keep our service efficient and accessible.
You’ll know how to lead your team and coach them to deliver the best services.
It’ll also be your job to manage records, raise invoices, forecast budgets and report on the quality of our delivery, taking the initiative to push for improvements where they’re needed.
You will need proven experience managing similar administrative duties along with experience in managing people to deliver a high quality service.
Naturally, you’ll also need a good understanding of the range of communication used by people who are deaf, deafened, deafblind and hard of hearing.
