Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
£13,854 - £14,523 per annum
(30 hours pro-rata)

GEMS Northern Ireland is a city based employability organisation whose core business is about widening participation in and increasing access to learning and employment. A Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is now required to provide support to the GEMS NI team.

Essential criteria:

  1. OCR CLAIT.
  2. Minimum of 6 months full time administrative experience.
  3. Minimum of 6 months full time experience of reception/telephonist work.
  4. Demonstrated experience in the use of the Microsoft Office package.
  5. Demonstrated experience of working with GEMS NI client group.

Desirable criteria:

  1. 2 GCSEs.
  2. OCR Word processing Stage 1.

This post is fixed term, to 31 March 2010.
