S.T.E.P. (South Tyrone Empowerment Programme) is a community development and training organisation based in Dungannon.
We are currently recruiting for a number of new projects.
Community Development Worker Local (funded by DSD)
To work with a range of local community groups at various stages of development; emphasis on ensuring community empowerment, inclusion and equality.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £21,500 approx. (NJC Scale 6, point 26).
