Young at Art is seeking Front of House Managers to help run the Belfast Children’s Festival from Tuesday 24 May to Monday 30 May 2005.

Playing a key event and box office management role during the Festival, Front of House Managers will work with a team of volunteers at a variety of exciting events for families across Belfast. This will include The Little Mermaid – a play in a swimming pool, No Monkey Business – a new show by Kernal Trapps, Sensor Shacks – a series of artist designed interactive garden huts in Botanic Gardens and the Gemuse Vegetable Orchestra from Vienna.

Desirable Skills and Abilities
Experience within the arts, festivals, event or venue management.
Excellent customer care and experience in dealing with the public.
Experience managing staff or volunteers.
Cash handling experience.

Full and part time hours are available. All Front of House Managers will be paid including travel and any other reasonable expenses incurred during duty. Training will be given on health and safety, child protection, customer care and box office procedures. All staff will receive a festival t'shirt and invite to the festival party.
