RECRUITMENT AND MARKETING OFFICER
Salary range: £17,842 - £23,484
Springboard Opportunities Limited is a community agency offering international work placements and capacity building opportunities for unemployed young adults from disadvantaged areas of Belfast and Dublin. The organisation works on a cross community and cross border basis and is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed person to drive recruitment of our participants and promote the organisation. The successful applicant will have experience of working in the community / voluntary sector and / or a marketing environment, an understanding of disadvantaged communities, excellent interpersonal skills, sound PC skills and organisational skills.
