Springboard Opportunities Limited delivers exciting cross community and cross border programmes for unemployed young adults. The programmes are delivered at home and have an overseas phase in America, Canada or Europe.
We are currently seeking applicants for the following position
PROGRAMME MANAGER SALARY
Range: £17,842 - £24,419
Reporting to the Executive Director you will be responsible for development and management of programmes that involve personal and social education, community relations and skills development.
The successful candidate will be a self starter, who is highly motivated and has a clear understanding of the issues facing disadvantaged communities. Staff management, budget control and programme development will be key tasks, as well as monitoring programmes overseas.
