Funded by individuals, companies and trusts, it carries out research, campaigns for improvements in policy and practice and provides practical services to help older people stay independent.

The primary focus is to organise successful events within agreed minimum standards reaching an individual income target and playing a key role in achieving an overall team target. To create and implement effective business time and customer relations plans, to adhere to and to monitor agreed budgets. To create and implement effective marketing plans to achieve agreed participant level.
To analyse all events and produce a post event evaluation.
Hours 21 Per week
Salary £20,000 pro rata - fixed term contract for six months
