The key purpose of this role will be to provide direct supervision as and when required to PAC's Helpline Volunteers in one or more of the branches:- Belfast, Ballymena, Dungannon and Derry.

Essential requirements include:

1. Experience of direct/first line supervision of staff and/or volunteers.
2. Experience of counselling skills practice and/or client-focused support work.
3. Sound working knowledge of child protection, child development and children’s behaviour.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including record-keeping skills.
5. Commitment to equal opportunities and the ethos and principles of PAC.

Hourly Rate: £10.36
