The ideal candidate will have a degree and three years’ experience of managing customer service relations in a customer focused environment or be educated to A’level standard and have five years’ relevant experience. You should also be able to demonstrate experience of strong leadership and staff management experience with significant responsibility to plan, allocate and monitor resources.
