NETWORK COORDINATOR

Maternity cover —initial 1 year contract until 31st May 2008
Salary: NJC 33 (£26187) plus contributory pension
Secondments Considered

Essential criteria

1. A 3rd level qualification OR at least 2 years experience of paid employment within
2. the last 5 years, working in the area of local community development.
3. Effective communication skills both oral and written. Must demonstrate ability to
4. work on a range of levels e.g. with local groups, Statutory Agencies, funders and
5. other networks.
6. Experience of staff management.
7. Project management experience including programme planning, budgeting and
8. funding.
9. Computer literacy familiar with email, internet and the Microsoft Office Package.

Self-motivated, ability to set targets and work on his/her own initiative.
Applicants must have access to a form of transport that will allow the person to carry
out the job in full.
