Three posts:

1. Belfast Region, based at Knockbracken Healthcare Park
2. Northern Region based at Antrim New Horizons
3. Southern Region based at Craigavon New Horizons

Each post is 20 hours per week,

Salary £16,110 to £19,130 (pro-rata) per annum

Essential Criteria:

1. A relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 1 years paid experience within the last 5 years in a relevant setting.
3. Current full driving licence valid in the UK and access to a car or form of transport.

Desirabe Criteria:

1. Experience of working with people with mental health and/or learning disability needs.
2. Experience of drafting and implementing Action/Development plans for individuals.
