Put your organisational skills to work in our busy office. As the UK's leading woodland conservation charity, the Woodland Trust is dynamic, progressive and growing. Our vision is to
conserve our ancient woodland, create new native woodland and encourage greater enjoyment of woods.
Now we need your talents to help us keep our busy Northern Ireland office running smoothly. Providing a high-quality support service, your duties will include word processing, maintaining records, organising post and managing diaries. You will also answer telephone calls, respond to requests for information and operate the petty cash system.
Strong communication skills together with a minimum of one years secretarial or administrative experience are essential. You will need a highly-organised approach and a keen eye for detail. Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and Maths, you must also have a good knowledge of MS Word, while an understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook would be ideal.
A word processing qualification is welcomed.
This role is approximately 25 hours per week, to cover between 9.30am-4pm, however
there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.This post will run until March 2008.
