All posts are for a period of 12 months initially with the possibility of extension pending funding. To work full time you may choose a combination of 2 of the above posts.

You will help our clients find jobs, ensuring that they handle what may be one of the biggest changes in their lives successfully. You will provide vocational guidance and training to adults with learning disabilities and work with a range of agencies, families and employers to ensure that our clients experience a smooth transition into work.

To do this you will have excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills and an understanding of the barriers to employment for people with learning disabilities. Along with a flexible approach to work, you'll have a clean current driving licence and access to a car.
