This Mentoring Service provides Support vulnerable young men, 16 -25 year olds within the South and East Belfast and Castlereagh Areas. The Project Worker will be responsible for encouraging young men and taking the lead in getting involved in the development of the Project, have an understanding of the issues affecting vulnerable young people, particularly those at risk of suicide and self harm. The Project Worker will manage and supporting volunteers and young people through their mentoring relationship and have experience of planning, organizing and facilitating group activities.

Hours of employment: 35 hours/week. Evening and weekend work will be required.
Salary: £20,295 – £21,646 and pension at 4% of salary
