Main Duties

1. Coordination of the recruitment, induction and training of volunteers.
2. Coordination, oversight and development of IT systems and IT based recording systems.
3. Coordination, development, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance systems.
4. Coordination of team building and NBAP staff development.
5. Communicate effectively with individuals, groups, the media and all partners.
6. Jointly work to seek funding for advice workers in all partner groups beyond the period for which funding may already be secured.
7. Implement programmes to ensure staff are adequately trained and prepared to deliver the proposed service and motivated to play a full part in the CEP based service.
8. Provision of a structured, focused advice service in LNBCC, LIA, The Vine Centre, Ardoyne and Tar Isteach.
9. Jointly supervise the administration activities of the partnership.
10. Support outreach structures that ensure the fullest possible contribution by partners and other community and voluntary groups to meeting the needs of deprived people in the area. This will include formal consultative arrangements with partners and other groups.
11. To develop, implement and oversee programmes and projects in partnership with all participating advice groups.
