Liz Calder participated in the RESPECT project as a member of Opportunity Youth – Girls Empowering Girls.
I’m part of the Girls Empowering Girls Group. I really enjoyed taking part in the RESPECT project over the past few months.
We were taught how to use a medium format camera, which was different to cameras I’m used to using and working with.
It was interesting to see how other people interpreted ‘respect’, although it was generally all the same.
I’d like to thank Sonya Cromie and Maria McManus for giving us this opportunity to do something different and I hope the exhibition goes well.
