This event will focus on two areas:–

  • The flexible approach to work life balance and the impact on attendance levels, staff satisfaction and employee turnover rates; and
  • The health and well being of staff and initiatives taken to promote health education.

About the scheme

The Northern Ireland Best Practice Scheme is sponsored by the Public Service Improvement Unit, in the Department of Finance and Personnel, as part of the Government’s strategy for reforming and modernising public services. It will run over the next two years and its aim is to highlight and share good practice within the public sector.

This event is open to all public sector and voluntary/community sector organisations in Northern Ireland and is free of charge. We would however ask participants to make every effort to attend once they have been allocated a place, or to provide adequate notice of cancellation. Places are limited and therefore early booking is advisable.
