AGM
The Community Change conference comes at a time when the community and voluntary sector has gone through a long and sometimes frustrating, time of continual change, rationalisation and pressure. Community Change felt the conference should act as a catalyst for the sector to be able to accommodate that change as something which is a “normal” part of everyday life and organisational development for groups and communities.
Community Change’s conference is therefore about accepting change as part of a normal development process. Conference workshops are practical and informative focusing on key aspects of change, preparation and planning.
The workshops will assist prepare, plan and put systems in place so groups, communities and organisations are Looking to the Future and able to manage change as oppose to fear it.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend two workshops thus making it productive events for participants as well.
