Colin Glen Trust is holding a Habitat Creation Day on Saturday 7 October (11am – 2pm) at the Colin Glen Forest Park Centre, 163 Stewartstown Road.
Its autumn and many of the creatures of the glen are getting prepared for the winter. Some animals hibernate for the winter while others must ride out the cold weather. Learn all about hibernation and help make some animal homes including bat boxes and bird boxes.
A fun day for all the family – everyone is welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult).
All materials will be provided.
