This training provides information on the legal requirements placed on organisations as a result of the new Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults (POCVA) legislation. It will also explore the operational guidance on the POC(NI) Service - previously known as PECS - and the good practice guidelines for the safer recruitment and selection of staff and volunteers.
