This ESRC Survey Link Scheme Workshop will focus on the Northern Ireland Life and Times Survey. This is the first time that the Scheme has held a workshop in Northern Ireland.

The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Survey Link Scheme gives social scientists the opportunity to acquaint themselves with professional social survey research. As part of this scheme, a one-day workshop will be held in Queen's University on 22 November 2006. This is the first time that a workshop has been organised in Northern Ireland, and it will focus on the Northern Ireland Life and Times Survey.
The workshops are designed to be helpful both to quantitative or qualitative researchers. While they are funded by the ESRC, they are open to all researchers and teachers of research methodology.
