Carers Northern Ireland is holding a second ½ day training course. Carers will learn how to develop communication, presentation and influencing skills.

The morning event will consist of practical skills training, which will include small group exercises.

Content will include:

  • Control your nerves and increase your impact using your own style
  • Persuade with power and speak with conviction
  • Engage and interact with your audience with confidence - includes handling difficult questions and objections
  • Steer conversations and influence people
  • Deal with difficult emotions while getting your message across
