This Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN) seminar will address the issues and challenges associated with spatial planning for sustainable communities on a cross border basis. The module is being facilitated by the International Centre for Local and Regional Development (ICLRD). The ICLRD is a partnership between a number of academic institutions in Ireland, North and South and the United States.
Brendan Bartley ICLRD/National Institute for Regional & Spatial Analysis, NUI Maynooth, Caroline Creamer, ICLRD/NISRA NUI Maynooth and John O’Driscoll, Deputy Director of The Institute of Urban Development, Harvard University are the anchor facilitators for this module.
This is a unique opportunity for training with leading international experts. The first day will set the scene and the follow up day on 15 March will cover Feedback and further detail on the issues.
