T4T Passenger Assistant Trainer (PAT)
A 3 day intensive course to train trainers of passenger assistants.
This course will give trainers all the knowledge they require for all the main areas of passenger assistance, including; the role of the passenger assistant, helping passengers with disabilities, assisting older people with special needs and assisting children with special needs.
This course is dependant on a minimum number of trainees.
