The Eastern Drugs and Alcohol Co-ordination Team (EDACT) and Council for the Homeless N.I. (CHNI) are hosting this seminar to consult on EDACT's report on Access to Drugs and Alcohol Services amongst the homeless and those at risk of homelessness.
The Seminar will be held on Tuesday, 28 March 2006 at Clifton House, North Queen Street, Belfast between 9.00 .m. - 4.00 p.m.
