With now only a few days to the best Celtic Music festival in the District the only problem you have is deciding which events you would like to attend.

This year’s programme comprises of 53 events over 12 days in 19 venues, starting on the 26 July and continuing to the 6 August. Since the artist line-up was announced the interest for this year’s festival has been relentless. With the countdown now truly on, tickets for the main events are flying out the door of the festival office.
The opening concert with Tommy Fleming is now sold out. Festival organisers urge all those who want to attend the Headline Concert to buy now or miss out!!.
Festival MC’s
Local personality George Jones and UTV’s Frank Mitchell will be the official MC’s for the festival. Showband legend, presenter, comedian and after dinner speaker, George is unquestionably one of Northern Ireland’s most accomplished all round entertainers. TV reporter/presenter Frank Mitchell has worked for UTV since 1987, a native from County Down Franks charismatic style of presenting is enjoyed by the nation.
