"A Day of Reflection. Why Bother?" will begin to address some of the issues, challenges and benefits of holding a Day of Reflection with regard to the conflict in and about Northern Ireland. Furthermore, the conference will provide a platform for those with an interest in issues of dealing with the past to provide feedback on specific proposals for a Day of Private Reflection to be held in June 2007. Full conference programme attached.
The conference will have particular relevance for those involved in civic society, faith groups, victims and survivors groups, NGO’s, education, ex-combatant groups, government, trade unions and the health service.
The conference is free of charge and open to all. However, spaces are strictly limited so early booking is advised.
