The Northern Ireland Constitution has been transformed in recent years. This evening seminar offers an overview of the most significant developments in legislation and case law since 1998 from one of the most experienced counsel working in the field.
This course will be of interest to solicitors, barristers, legal advisers, policy professionals and political representatives.
The course will include an overview of the new constitutional context for Northern Ireland as well as discussion of the features which mark out the new context from its predecessors.
