Event
This one-day course looks at how to define and measure success in your volunteer programme, the importance of evaluating your volunteer programme and what an evaluation should include.
By effectively identifying the impact that your volunteer programme is having in meeting the organisation's aims and objectives, volunteer managers can better communicate to staff, volunteers and service users the value of involving volunteers and can highlight the benefits to the organisation through their involvement.
It can also assist you in benchmarking against, or working towards, accreditation for the Investing in Volunteers Quality Standard for Volunteer Management.

Accreditation
OCNNI Accreditation is available (2 credits at Level 2) but accreditation is optional. Participants can decide individually whether they wish to work for OCNNI credits or simply attend the training.
