Event
This 2-day course explores the principles and procedures for the effective recruitment and selection of volunteers. It provides volunteer managers with practical information and advice to support them in attracting volunteers to appropriate roles.
Developing appropriate roles for volunteers in line with an organisation's objectives, and following fair, efficient and consistent recruitment procedures for all potential volunteers are important tasks for volunteer involved organisations.
Effectively carrying out these tasks can assist you in benchmarking against or working towards accreditation for the Investing in Volunteers Quality Standard for Volunteer Management.
