The RSPB NI, in conjunction with Birdwatch Ireland will hold its annual All Ireland Conference on 23 and 24 March 2007 in the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel, Bangor.
The conference is the only all Ireland event for wildlife and one of the most important dates in the conservation calendar and looks like being one of the most exciting for many years!
For further information or to download a booking form please visitwww.rspb.org.uk/nireland or call Joanne Cathcart or Colum Delaney on

Speakers include Mike Dilger from BBC’s Springwatch, Professor Ian Newton, who has been involved in a tremendous amount of work on the reintroduction of raptors/birds of prey, including the Red Kite. Brian Black, Northern Ireland’s foremost conservation journalist and familiar to viewers on UTV will present a talk on the wonders of our local birds and wildlife, exploring the issues, which affect them.
On the Saturday afternoon, the RSPB will host guided tours of the Belfast Harbour Reserve, Belfast Hills and Strangford Lough. Simply circle the tour of your choice on the booking form and let the experts take you on a wonderful journey to see the wildlife right on our own doorsteps.
