The Youth in the Community programme is a 21 week training programme for those interested in gaining qualifications and training in youth work.

The programme lasts for 21 weeks, the majority of this time is spent in Belfast however there are 2 study trips incorporated into the programme. One of which involves 1 week to Belgium whilst the other trip is going to Germany. Not only does the programme offer qualifications and training but also offers the opportunity to gain work experience within a youth setting.
