The workshop will be facilitated by Elaine Wylie, one of the coaches from the highly successful FastTrack Development Programme . Elaine has over 20 years management and training experience and is an accrediated trainer and corporate coach. She works mainly within the Private Sector with both individual senior managers and teams to help introduce coaching as an innovative approach to management and performance.
