Review of Public Administration - an update by Tom Frawly, Chair of Panel of Experts.
Tom Frawly was appointed in June 2002 as Chair of the independent Panel of Experts to advise on the Executive's Review of Public Administration in Northern Ireland. He also holds the positions of Assembly Ombudsman and Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints. Proposals designed to modernise and reform Public Administration and to deliever citizen centred services in Northern Ireland were published on 22 March 2005.
Tom will present on these proposals, which include options for:
- Local Government
- Public Bodies
- Health and Personal Social Services (HPSS)
- Education
