Working closely with vulnerable young people, we must ensure that work undertaken fully reflects our organisation's ethos.

This one day course aims to increase participants' understanding of the personal and professional boundaries are are part of their work.

This course will enable participants to:

* discuss why boundaries are important in their work
* understand negative behaviour in relation to boundaries
* identify positive behaviour in relation to personal boundaries
