The course will help you to:
1. Re-examine the basics of writing - using plain English, punctuation and spelling.
2. Learn how to write letters that get results.
3. Learn how to write reports that convey the right information to the right people.
4. Learn how to design records and forms to keep information about clients and examine the Picasso Toolkit - with 3 different levels of record keeping.
5. Learn how to write up notes and action points from meetings.
6. Learn about the inportance of client confidentiality and how to ensure it verbally and in writing.
