This course which is approved by Supporting People, NIHE, is aimed at frontline staff and workers new to the sector who have the responsibility for support planning and key working.
Assessment and Support Planning play an essential role in enabling workers to encourage service users to develop, in partnership, personal skills which will help them towards independent living. They are also a core requirement of the Support People Quality Assessment Framework.
