The event will take place in The Long Gallery, Stormont and is being hosted by Alliance Party MLA, Kieran McCarthy.

Kieran Harris, NI Chair of the Alliance said,

‘This is a highly significant day for Northern Ireland Neurological Charities and for those many tens of thousands of adults and children living with a neurological condition in the North of Ireland.’

‘This group of charities have been meeting for two years and today’s event is the culmination of the discussions and planning that have taken place over the past two years.’

Professor Ingrid Allen, who has been elected as President of NINCA commented,

‘I am delighted to have been asked to act as President and view NINCA as being highly important in the co-ordination and presentation of the needs of all adults and children living with a neurological condition in our province.’

Membership of the Alliance is open to both organisations and individuals affected by a neurological condition and membership has grown steadily over the past 24 months.
